Welcome, I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Sonja, a comprehensive certified Pilates teacher, personal trainer & health coach.

After two decades of teaching and helping clients transform their bodies inside and out, I created Solshine Pilates & Wellness; a hybrid studio rooted in the Pilates method and integrated with functional fitness, yoga, moving meditation, and beyond.

My goal is not only to help you deepen your mind-body connection and improve posture, mobility, and strength. It is to help you cultivate a healthy, balanced, and empowering relationship with exercise so you can feel your most radiant self.

The beginner-friendly, self-paced program is a perfect place to begin your fitness journey

In this series, I will be teaching you all of my secrets to building a solid core foundation. We will start with the basics and build from the ground up using Pilates fundamentals and functional fitness to help you effectively activate your deep core muscles for improved mobility and stability of the spine.

Each class progresses with more challenging exercises so that by the time the program ends, you will be able to move with more strength and ease, and build confidence in how to work out effectively for the rest of your life!
