After 20 years of teaching and helping clients transform their bodies inside and out, I created Solshine Pilates & Wellness, a method rooted in Pilates and integrated with functional fitness, yoga, moving meditation, holistic wellness & and more.
My goal is not only to help you deepen your mind-body connection and improve posture, mobility, and strength. It is to help you cultivate a healthy, balanced, and empowering relationship with exercise so you can feel your most radiant self.

In this series, I will be teaching you all of my secrets to building a solid core foundation. We will start with the basics and build from the ground up using Pilates fundamentals and functional fitness to help you effectively activate your deep core muscles for improved mobility and stability of the spine.
Each class progresses with more challenging exercises so that by the time the program ends, you will be able to move with more strength and ease, and build confidence in how to work out effectively for the rest of your life!
